Darjeeling is one of the most celebrated tea-producing region in the world, situated in the north-east of India in West Bengal, among the Himalayan foothill between Nepal, Sikkim and Bhutan. Grown at altitude ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 metres. Darjeeling harvest are internationally sought after for their  exceptional quality and unique flavour. The high altitudes, cool temperature  moist climate and distinctive soil yield aromatic tea leaves with a delicate complexity, making them reputedly the Champagne of the teas.
